We do not offer returns or exchanges because it is important to us that our customers receive items which came directly from our smoke-free and pet-free studio.
However, we will do all we can to make you happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, for whatever reason, tell us why and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
